Cloth Diapers!

I have been cloth diapering Nevaeh. I love the cloth diapers! I really was not sure that i would but now i wish I had cloth diapered my first two. I have been useing Bum Genius and they are wonderful! They are easy to wash, you do not need plastic pants, and they grow with your baby! So i have been looking at how these are made and I felt i could make my own. So i did! I have attached a couple of the pictures of Nevaeh in her new cute diaper. I tried it over night to make sure it worked and it was perfect! Yay! I am going to tweak the pattern a little and then try and sell a few. :)

We use cloth as well! I really like it. It can be a pain to wash them, but in the end it's great! Plus there are so many cute designs/colors out there!

Lori,

What a cutie you have there. She looks like she is going strong.

Cloth diapers are good, we have used them with Willa since her birth, although we do use disposables from time to time. She is a super-pee-er and leaks through cloth diapers all the time, especially at night and we double diaper her.

It is nice not to have to worry about buying diapers, just wash the ones you have.

I hope you are doing well handling three kids. Know you are doing a wonderful job as a mother. It is too easy to get down on yourself. They are learning, healthy and know they are loved. That is good parenting. Everything else is little stuff. At least that is what I tell myself.

My father in law once told me that if we ever were too poor to purchase disposable diapers that he'd buy them for me. That being said, I've thought a lot more lately about doing the cloth diapers because Nathan's bum is forever not tolerating the regular diapers.

She is such a beautiful girl!
